How to copy and paste: Click with your mouse cursor on the beginning of the text to be copied and while still holding down the button drag to the end of the text, this should highlight the text. Once the text is highlighted you can either; right click and select copy from the context menu, go to the edit menu at the top of your browser and select copy, or hold down the "Ctrl" key and press the letter "C" on your keyboard. Click the e-mail link above to automatically open your e-mail client or manually open it and click in the body of the message. Now you can just press "Ctrl" + "V" to paste or follow the other two methods mentioned to reach the menu for paste (On a Mac use the Command key instead of Ctrl, the command key is the key right to the left of the spacebar - it has the Apple logo and a little cloverleaf symbol on it). You can do this in virtually any program where text can be highlighted.
The puppy application is intended to help us place our puppies in the best homes possible and also a way to help find the right puppy for your family. We are looking for permanent loving and stable homes- if you feel you can't offer that, please do not fill out an application. After raising these puppies from birth, being with them around the clock and watching them grow, we become very attached to them. There is just no way we're going to allow any of them to be placed in a home where they're not loved and treated like part of the family. If you have plenty of love to lavish on a bully baby, please fill out an application and send it in; we would like to get to know you better!
1. Have you ever owned or do you currently own a bulldog?
2. Do you have any other dogs or cats? If
so, how are they with other animals?
3. Age and sex of dogs you currently own?
4. Have you ever given an animal up to a shelter?
5. Do you have any children? What are their ages?
6. If you have children, how are they with animals?
7. Will someone be home with a bulldog most of the time or
does work take up most of you and/or your partner's time?
8. Have you researched the bulldog breed and understand that
even with the best breeding that bulldogs can have health issues?
9. If an unexpected health issue should arise in your bulldog,
would you be financially prepared to deal with that?
10. Bulldogs need stability- are you willing to care
and love the dog the 10-15 years they live?
11. Do you have a regular vet you use?
12. Can you provide at least 3 references that I could contact?
(Preferably one of these being your vet.)
13. Do you prefer a male or female puppy?
14. Are you willing to travel to pick up your puppy?
15. Will your dog be indoors?
16. Do you own a pool?
17. Do you lease or own? If you are leasing, are pets allowed?
18. What kind of arrangements do you make
for your pets should you go on vacation?
19. Are you planning to breed or show this puppy?
20. Are you willing to sign a spay/neuter contract?
